General Information:

Every pen is made from the finest looking real wood I can find. This makes for an attractive looking pen. I do not use a duplicator which means some pens may look exactly the same, but they have subtle differences. This makes every pen unique. The finish is hardened. When the shine dulls, it is just a matter of hand buffing 2-3 coats of carnuba wax back over it.

All items not in stock will be shipped upon completion & receipt of payment.

All in stock items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

All engraved items will require a 2 week lead time, minimum.

All pens are guaranteed from defects in workmanship or your money back.

All items will be shipped as securely as possible. In the event damage has occurred during shipping, contact your local Postal Service representative with the packaging. The package will have the insured certificate attached to it. Contact Brightwood Turnings immediately in order to return the item(s) and have the product(s) replicated.
